「Top Design of Small Project 5」 was curated and selected for 64 projects with a total floor area of less than 6,000㎡.

The motto of the book is to promote the value of the data as it forms the basis of comparing and analyzing awarded design work and all applied design works with originality. It also provides a public measure to judge the level of contemporary architecture. 

연면적 6,000㎡ 이하의 우수한 프로젝트 61작품을 엄선해 선정했으며, 업무시설, 문화시설, 교육연구시설, 근린생활시설, 주거시설, 운동/노유자/기타시설의 용도별 분류를 통해 편집했다.

「 중소규모 건축 디자인 5」를 통하여 건축의 혜안을 얻을 수 있기를 바라며, 끝으로 본 책이 출판되기까지 협조하여 주신 건축가와 자료를 제공해 주신 건축사사무소에 이 지면을 통해 깊은 감사를 드린다.
